Create a plan, send one link and compare everyone's availability.

1. Create a plan

   Choose a few possible dates, a time window and how long the plan will last.

2. Share availability

   Friends enter a display name and mark Available, Maybe or Unavailable. No account is needed to try a snapshot invitation.

3. Find the overlap

   Compare full-duration time slots. Mark essential participants as required, then vote if more than one time works.

4. Finalize and add to calendar

   Choose the time and add the plan to Sync Calendar or download a calendar file.

Sync currently saves on this device. Invite links contain a plan snapshot. Guest responses stay on the guest's device and do not return to the organizer automatically.
